Position Overview

Qualifications

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized HEC university/institution.
• Must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of experience as an advocate in the Sindh High Court, with proven capabilities in handling corporate and criminal prosecution (white-collar crime).
• Relevant legal experience in the corporate sector at a mid-level position is advantageous.

Nature of Employment

• This is a contractual position for 3 years, extendable based on performance and organizational needs.
• The SECP may consider regularization after three years, subject to meeting the required criteria.
