1. Assistant Private Secretary

   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
   • Experience: At least 5 years as a Personal Assistant
   • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and typing speed of a minimum of 45 words per minute.

2. Vehicle Mechanic

   • Qualifications: Literate
   • Experience: 15 years as a vehicle mechanic, preferably in a university or education department. Retired Army NCOs/JCOs are encouraged to apply.

1. Auto Electrician

   • Qualifications: Literate
   • Experience: 5 years as an Auto Electrician in a university or education department.

2. Tailor

   • Qualifications: Literate
   • Experience: Relevant experience in tailoring.

3. Driver

   • Qualifications: Valid HTV/LTV driving license
   • Experience: 5 years of driving experience. Retired Army personnel with experience in staff car driving are also welcome to apply.

1. Security Guard (Male & Female)

   • Qualifications: Retired Army NCOs/JCOs with a minimum of 15 years’ experience. Civilians can also apply, provided they meet the height requirement of 5'7" and are not older than 45 years.

Application Process:

Interested candidates should submit their applications using the prescribed form. The application package must include:

• A detailed CV
• Attested photocopies of educational documents
• Professional experience certificates
• A copy of your CNIC
• Two recent photographs

Complete applications should be sent via courier to the HR Branch, Sector H-9, NUML Islamabad. The deadline for submitting applications is 18th October 2024. Applications submitted after the deadline or those that are incomplete will not be considered.

Important Conditions:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
• No TA/DA will be provided for candidates attending the interviews.
• The decision of the university regarding applications will be final.
